Who’s the Heidechampion ist ein nicht-kommerzielles Urban Dance & Hip-Hop Kulturfestival aus Uelzen. Das Event verbindet Breaking Battles, All Styles Battles, Workshops, Musik, Kunst und Community zu einer Plattform für junge Menschen aus der Region und zunehmend ganz Europa. Im Mittelpunkt stehen Werte wie Respekt, Zusammenhalt, Ausdruck, Vielfalt und persönliches Wachstum. Das Festival schafft Begegnungsräume für Jugendkultur, sportlichen Wettkampf und kreativen Austausch und verfolgt das Ziel, urbane Kultur nachhaltig im ländlichen Raum zu stärken und international zu vernetzen.

Im All Styles Battle treffen unterschiedlichste Tanzstile auf ein breites Spektrum an Musikrichtungen. Von Hip-Hop über Contemporary bis hin zu freien kreativen Styles steht hier Individualität, Musikalität und Ausdruck im Mittelpunkt.
Breaking Pro Battle
One vs One
Das Breaking Pro Battle ist die internationale Hauptkategorie des Festivals und offizieller European Qualifier für Outbreak Europe in der Slowakei. Tänzer aus verschiedenen Ländern treten gegeneinander an und kämpfen um die Qualifikation zu einem der bekanntesten Breaking Festivals Europas.
Heidekids
One vs One
Das Breaking Kids Battle richtet sich an junge Nachwuchstänzer und bietet Kindern und Jugendlichen die Möglichkeit, erste Battle-Erfahrungen zu sammeln und sich mit anderen Tänzer auszutauschen. Im Fokus stehen Nachwuchsförderung, Gemeinschaft und die Entwicklung der jungen Breaking-Szene.

The safety of our visitors is our top priority. To ensure a safe event and to protect the life, health, and property of all attendees and the organizer, every visitor may be required to undergo a security check upon entry to the venue (Jabelmannhalle) and, if necessary, during the event as well. The purpose of these checks is to make sure visitors are not carrying dangerous or prohibited items that could endanger life, health, or property their own, that of other attendees, or that of the organizer. Possession of dangerous or prohibited items, or refusal to undergo a security check, will result in denial of entry or removal from the venue without any right to a refund. Individuals without a valid ticket, those displaying aggressive behaviour, or those posing a threat to life, health, or property of themselves or others will likewise be removed without any right to a refund.

Drones, wireless routers
Laser pointers
Pets (except registered assistance animals)
Weapons of any kind, including sharp objects (knives, razor blades, etc.), ammunition, explosives, and pyrotechnics
Flammable materials, chemicals, poisons, and toxic substances
Illegal/psychotropic substances
Any other item the organizer deems dangerous to the life, health, or property of participants
Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages are sold inside the venue against valid proof of age. No outside alcohol is permitted.
Cloakroom: Please note there is no cloakroom / coat check on site. Personal belongings remain your own responsibility at all times.
Wheelchair access: The venue is wheelchair accessible. The exception are Workshop Rooms 1 and 2, which are reachable by stairs only.
First aid: Volunteer first aid staff are present on the grounds throughout the event and are additionally stationed in the main hall during the battles. In case of a medical emergency, please approach any staff member or first aid volunteer directly.
No smoking inside the hall (smoking area outside).
Recording: Personal photos and videos with mobile phones or private cameras are welcome for private, non-commercial use. Official audio/video recording, livestreaming, and commercial photography of the event are reserved for the organizer's media team. By attending, participants and visitors acknowledge that they may appear in official festival footage used for documentation and promotion (social media, website, future editions).
